Important information for Booking Private Rooms and Limited Menu Dinner Parties
- A minimum of 16 adults is required to reserve and guarantee our smallest private room. Rooms are reserved based on your guest count. Should you desire a larger room than we typically provide for your number of guests, plan on a room fee. Please provide the guaranteed number of guests one week in advance of the event. Should your number drop below the guaranteed number, we will charge $15.00 for each missing guest.
- We require a deposit for each room held. As soon as you have determined that you want a room on a particular date, we need a $10.00 per guest deposit by check or cash. Please note this is a non-refundable. We have reserved this room for you and may have refused other guest requests based on your reservation, so there are absolutely no refunds. If there is inclement weather on the day of your event, we will work with you to reschedule.
- We can accommodate the taste preference of small children from a select group of children's items. The cost will be $10.00 per child plus tax and gratuity.
- We respectfully ask that you inform all guests that proper attire is required. No shorts, no t-shirts, no jeans, no ball caps. We reserve the right to refuse admission into the dining room for improperly dressed guests.
- We plan three hours for each event. Should you need more than three hours you can give us advance notice and if the room is still available at the time of your request, we can accommodate for a rate of $50.00 for each additional hour.
- The Chef has designed the three choice entree plan to offer a nice variety to your guests. Should you like to offer a fourth choice, please add an additional $3.00 to each entrée item.
- Lunch can served until 2:00pm. After 2:00pm we offer dinner selections only.
- A small salad d can be added to your lunch selections for $2.00 per person plus tax & gratuity.
- Appetizer selections are available. Please inquire for selections.
- We offer three dessert choices; please select one for your entire group: French Vanilla Ice Cream with a piroline cookie, the Chef's fresh baked almond roll or Rainbow Sherbet. Any other choices will be served at full menu prices.
- Beverages are not included in the pricing for the limited menu private accommodations for groups. We will run a tab for you and show the amount of beverages, plus tax and gratuity on the final invoice.
- Please note prices do change. Please check one month in advance of your event for any price changes.
- We can provide latex balloons at $10.00 per bouquet of six. You may bring flowers for the tables if you like. Please refrain from attaching anything to our walls, windows or drapes. If you would like to use confetti please plan on a $25.00 clean up fee. There are no extra electrical outlets for your stereo or video equipment. Because of the noise factor, we request that you do not play videos or music.
- Please be prepared to pay at the end of the event by cash or check.
